Vulvar/Vaginal Cancer
Introduction
Cancer of the vulva is a relatively rare cancer, representing only 3-5% of all gynecologic malignancies. It tends to strike older women with a peak age between 65-75 years old, although it can be found in younger ages, especially in association with Human Papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Delay in diagnosis is common, partly due to physician and patient delay.
